Our Services
Accounting services offered by the Firm are varied and can be tailored to meet your Company needs. We offer monthly, quarterly, or any other schedule based on your Company requirements. We are able to record all business transactions and maintain your general ledger so you can concentrate on running your business. This includes reconciling bank accounts and all other asset and liability accounts while recording the revenue and expenditures to their proper classifications. Your Company receives financial statements from this service which helps you make timely, informed business decisions, comply with regulations, and have your financial information ready to present, if needed, to outside parties for various business purposes.
Other services include financial statement analysis and assistance if your company processes your accounting records internally to assist in keeping your financial information and financial statements in good order. This can be on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Either of these services can help with smooth tax return preparation at year end and potentially save your business total cost
Tax services include individual, corporate, partnership, and trust return preparation. Tax planning and tax projections are an important part of the tax services we offer. Allowing trusted professionals to handle your individual and business tax preparations help ensure accurate and IRS compliant returns.
Our Firm provides financial statement preparation services, offering Compilation services and Review services. If your business needs full disclosure Compiled financial statements or financial statements without full disclosures, we can be of service. If your Company needs Reviewed financial statements, we may be able to provide that service. Please call for a consultation.
Payroll services include all aspects of payroll, paycheck preparation, payroll tax payments, and reporting compliance. We can also assist in payment and reporting compliance if your business handles the paycheck preparation internally.
Meet our team
Leigh Ann Albritton Pierce, CPA
Leigh Ann Albritton Pierce, the visionary behind Leigh Ann Albritton Pierce, CPA, LLC, leads us with over 20 years of public accounting experience. Leigh Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from Troy State University, Troy, Alabama and her Master of Accounting from the University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama. She passed the Alabama Uniform CPA exam in November of 2004 and earned recognition of the highest CPA exam score in the State of Alabama for that testing period.
Prior to public accounting, Leigh Ann worked in the accounting department for a local, small business with duties ranging from accounts payable, billing and accounts receivable, to answering the phone and administrative assistance, giving her real-world knowledge of the dynamics of small business operations.
Leigh Ann is married to Toby Pierce, and they live right here in Atmore, not too far from her hometown of Walnut Hill, Fl.
Tori Alabata
Tori Alabata will be front and center to greet you as our Office Manager. She is currently pursuing her accounting degree online. Tori’s journey in accounting started when she was hired on as the Accounts Payable Coordinator for Atmore Community Hospital. Her attention to detail and drive quickly led to her handling the accounts payable for DW McMillan Memorial Hospital and all coordinating clinics as well. She was most recently the office manager for a small optometrist’s office, and has several years of experience in the service industry also. Her well-rounded experience in the workforce gives significant insight into small businesses and larger corporations.
Tori is married to Austen Alabata, and they have three beautiful children together. After living in Ohio for a few years, they are now living in her hometown of Atmore as well.
